Our Mission and Goals

UCC’s mission is framed by our Declaration of Utah Human Rights. We advocate for policies that we believe will help Utah better achieve those rights for all its citizens.

The specific goals of the UCC are:

Recommend evidence-based policy changes to state and local governments
