The 2001 redistricting outcomes were appalling. Salt Lake City was divided among all three congressional districts, Tooele county is divided into four Utah Senate districts and Moab is split down Main Street into two Utah House districts. Embarrassing! Every one of these reforms will strenthen our democracy and raise the credibility of the Legislature.
